It's typo too ..

net.inet.ip.stealth: IP stealth mode, no TTL decrementation on forwarding

In your file's (i386|amd64)__SMALL_loader.conf :

# Disable stealth forwarding and flowtable.
net.inet.ip.stealt=0
net.inet6.ip6.stealt=0
