korganizer is read-only.

I cannot get it to create any items, everything is greyed out. It does not
import my old calendar either.

kontact has the buttons shown, but clicking on them does nothing.

I have tried deleting my entire configuration (including akonadi), .config and
other locations and adding new calendars etc. but nothing I do will make this
application work.

This is a recent upgrade to FC16 will all the latest updates to date.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Delete all configuration.
try to use organizer (adding calendars as required)

Actual Results:
impossible to add any items at all.

Expected Results:
new items can be created or an error message that provides useful information
is shown.
