Dear Mr. Jayavel,

$sudo ethtool eth(0/1/2)
use these command to check the status of the card.

add these : "force_addr=0xaddr" @ grub.
Kernel command line:
e.g...
root=UUID=1266254f-a576-4351-9958-1616b8bf4bfb ro quiet splash
force_addr=0xaddr
