Hi all,
Seems that after update orca to the latest master version, the --debug-file switch is not producing the expected result.

To reproduce try:
orca --replace --debug-file=orca.debug.out

Orca should create a file called orca.debug.out but nothing is created.

The --debug switch works fine.
